- Hatha Yoga
Is the interplay of Yoga poses (Asanas), breathing (Pranyama) and finally meditation. It will help you develop balance, strength and general well being.
- Vinyasa Yoga
Combines the regular Yoga poses with a dynamic motion flow. Each Asana is synchronized with respiration. The practitioner embarks on the way of self-making. This class will help you develop your agility and flexibility.
- Pregnany Yoga
Will offer you a lovely relaxing Yoga experience especially for pregnant ladies, relax with scented candle light and and Feng Shui music and herbal tea.

- Yin Yoga
The energy flow is stimulated by lingering in specific poses. This type of Yoga will bring peace trough passive training.
- Love Yoga (touched soul)
Expands your Yoga ability and brings your feeling to the deepest of your heart. It is possible to practice alone or with a partner, this type of Yoga will show you to love yourself.
- Aqua Chi Yoga
Is a form of meditation in motion that stimulates the flow of energy. A combination of movement sequences from the thai Chi, Qi Gong and regular Yoga poses which are practised in shallow water give a feeling of deep relaxation. The water swirls around the body and gently conveys lightness.
- SUP Yoga
The SUP Yoga class is a Yoga Flow on the Stand up Paddleboard. Standing Poses, Stretches & Core Strength is the focus of this class. Challenge your self and find the balance on the board.
- Power Yoga
The Power Yoga is a total Body workout based in regular Asanas (Yoga Poses). The series of continues strength movements lets you sweat a lot. This class is a Power Cardio Fatburner!
